Job Requisition ID #24WD75392Position OverviewAutodesk Research is seeking a Research Engagement Program Manager to join the Research Network. You will manage and assess a diverse group of innovators in the Resident program. The Resident program is a select group of industry, academic, and entrepreneurial teams forging paths to improve the future of their industries. In maintaining relationships with residents, you will identify storytelling opportunities that help support the growth and influence of our resident program. You will report to the Manager of the Research Network. The hybrid position is based in Autodesk's Technology Center in Boston.Autodesk is changing how the world is designed and made. We focus on technologies and capabilities that enable customers to achieve possibilities and potential sooner.ResponsibilitiesManage and guide residents throughout their entire lifecycle (from acceptance to offboarding)Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration for on-site and hybrid residentsIdentify and support storytelling with partners across AutodeskMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs, making recommendations for improvementIdentify and catalyze opportunities for collaboration with similar external innovation programs to enhance the value and reach of our networkMaintain and keep up-to-date processes associated with resident managementLead engaging tours for Autodesk customers and potential residentsWork collaboratively to identify residents to engage with Autodesk ResearchersMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Communications, or related discipline)5+ years experience working with interdisciplinary teams and engaging diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to engage diverse audiencesKnowledge of design, fabrication, or emerging technologiesMotivated to identify and deploy new solutions#LI-RM2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
