Maximize and expand value within our existing customer base and proactively retain customers by promoting subscription value. As a data-driven marketer and business strategist, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, focusing on improving our customer experiences and directly improving subscription adoption, retention, lifetime value, and financial targets.You will report to the Sr. Manager, Digital eCommerce Retention.This is a hybrid role.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead a membership program strategy for multiple customer segments and personas to promote Autodesk loyalty and brand trust across the digital journeyDevelop strategies and digital experiences to boost self-service subscription management adoption, and value expansion to drive retention and growthCreate and phase programs, pilots, tests, campaigns, and cross-team product planning initiatives to meet financial targets and customer experience goals. Provide implementation oversight across teamsDeploy experiences and experiments across web, account portal, email, in product to promote subscription value and customer benefitsSynthesize qualitative and quantitative data to define market requirements, prioritization, and success definitions, collaborating with technical teams to build and launch compelling subscription value, expansion, and membership experience playsCollaborate with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to refine content and positioning, and lead awareness and adoption of value initiativesProduce reports and presentations for team members and leadership and serve as an expert in self-service engagement initiativesMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in digital, product, or eCommerce marketing (preferably in B2B or SaaS companies)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at influencing within a matrixed organizationStrong stakeholder management, project management, and analytical skillsProficiency in PowerPoint, excel, familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Mural, and FigmaExperience in global teams and/or the technology industry, with the ability to work independently#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $90,500 and $156,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
