Job Requisition ID #24WD75276Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for an Enablement Program Manager, with experience planning complex internal programs. You will help guide the enablement team members as to the tools and resource development, and program manage the brand ambassador program.You will capture input from our global ambassadors to create self-service documentation for brand enablement, and present that information to the team and its team members at all levels of the business.  You will become the Autodesk expert on internal enablement tools, guiding employees to represent our brand.You will work on multiple enablement projects, starting with brand ambassadors and program design to management and execution. Regardless of your focus, you will apply your program management skillset, your team mindset, an always learning mindset, and team player collaborative mindset, all while open to new ways of working. for this position. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Brand Marketing.Responsibilities Collaborating with multiple teams (Brand, Creative, Communications, Integrated Marketing, and Talent) and other Worldwide Marketing teams to create integrated enablement solutions, remove roadblocks, and achieve program goalsThe brand enablement goal is a multi-year goal, and you will help lead the development of our multi-year roadmap and meet our yearly KPIsPerform, driving, and presenting status to our leadership, will keep us inline with our overall goalsMinimum Qualifications5 years experience as a Sr. Program Manager or equivalent experienceComfortable navigating change in a fast past environmentWell-versed in program management and design thinking in creative ways to implement enablementYou will work hybrid or remote with some travel needed#LI-DNPLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $109,200 and $176,660. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
