The ideal candidate considers themselves an engineer with a passion for creating technical solutions to solve business problems.What You'll Do:Power business strategy and execution by building clever system integrationsMaintain reliable data pipelines and architect scalable data solutionsCollaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams, IT, and Finance to establish optimized, source-of-truth datasets for cross-functional reporting. What You’ll Need: Bachelors in any STEM field 10+ years of data engineering experience. 3+ years of data engineering experience for Marketing, Sales, or Finance. Significant experience building datasets, automating pipelines, and monitoring data quality for Tableau (or other tool) Excellent coding skills in SQL and JVM technologies or Python.Extensive experience building, maintaining, and optimizing a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake) Experience designing and building highly available, distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and normalization – as well as the processing of large data sets in real-time or batch. Knowledge of Marketing automation and orchestration tools such as Salesforce or Marketo. Strong understanding of applied machine learning topics. Ability to explain complex, technical subjects to non-technical audiences.  Docker, Kubernetes. Either AWS, GCP, or MaaS. Kafka, Cassandra, and Spark ElasticSearchBonus Points:3+ years of experience as a data engineer building production-level, pre/post-processing data pipelines for Machine Learning / Data Science business models. Consistent track record of leading complex data projects.
