Services Delivery Intern

This is a full time, remote Summer Internship that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.Calix is looking for a Services Delivery Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be part of an unique program within the company where Calix Systems and Software connect in the field with the customers using them. The program provides the opportunity to learn new skills through training and on the job learning. You’ll learn Calix products and solutions, work across functions and interact with customers, prospects, and sales team members. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing and operationalizing delivery strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for any aspiring Business, Economics, Data Science, or Communications student to come into a high growth, fast paced environment and get real hands-on experience in a Services Delivery team. The duration of the program is expected to be 90 days.Responsibilities and Duties: Work with key internal stakeholders to support Strategic Services Delivery initiatives.Research and analyze details in Salesfoce.com (SFDC) and other tools.Document and present information to internal teams.Assist in facilitating Services Delivery After Action Reviews (AAR).Support AAR action processing initiatives.Qualifications: Driven, detail-oriented, and self-starting team player.Working towards an undergraduate Business, Economics, Data Science, or Communications degree.Microsoft Office software suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Comfortable with technology and learning new applications and platforms.Experience in a role or project requiring analytical problem solving and analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills, mid-level management presence and experience in facilitation.Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Able to work effectively in a remote environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast-changing environments.Salesforce.com or CRM experience preferred.Able to work for the complete summer break (May - August or June - September).Compensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education (i.e. year in school).There are different ranges applied to specific locations.
