Blue Yonder Title:Pricing Analyst - IN-Business Consultant Int - CloudOverview:Leading AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company and one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work”Seeking an astute individual that has a strong analytics mindset with the ability to be hands-on with building dashboards and models on MS excel.Scope:Core responsibilities to include working on pricing analytics, building dashboard and pricing modelsThe team currently comprises of 4 global associates across UK and India.What you’ll do:Explore, learn, and implement latest happenings in SaaS pricing for Blue Yonder's SaaS products and servicesDrive pricing and packaging initiatives based on customer value/willingness-to-pay, competitive landscape and business strategyCollaborate with product development teams to ensure pricing is aligned with product features and benefitsAnalyze costs and profitability to ensure pricing is aligned with company goalsMaintain and manage pricing models and other pricing analytics related resourcesBuild simple and effective pricing models in MS excel that help the salesforce at the time of salesWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) with 4-7 years of experience in Business Analytics; ideally a candidate that has experience in SaaS pricing analytics, building dashboards with analytical mindsetProficient in Microsoft Excel – to build pricing models for different products (Knowledge on macros is a plus)Building PowerBI dashboard and present it to key stake holders (product owners and regional sales heads) Experience in data visualization / Microsoft Power BI /Python/ business intelligence tools Communicate effectively with sales teams, deal desk, Industries leaders, and other stakeholdersConduct ad hoc research and analysis on pricingAbility to create analysis that tell a ‘story’ focused on insights, not just data analyticsExperience/knowledge on SaaS/Azure cloud infrastructure would be an advantageGood understanding of data analysis techniques (forecasting, co-relation & regression etc.) is desirableOpen to learn and explore different aspects of pricing (competitive landscape, support costs, as delivered costs etc.,)Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
