Working as a Senior Design Manager and Trio member (Product, Engineering, and UX), you’ll lead design efforts throughout the product development lifecycle, while building and strengthening a world class design team passionate about improving our customers’ lives. Your Day to Day As a Sr UX Manager you would be working on: Lead with customer centricity, in collaboration with cross functional partnersActively coach the team and continue to elevate UX skillsets and maturity across the organizationProactively build and maintain positive relationships and collaboration with cross-functional partners and UX across the organizationPartner with Product Management, Engineering, and UX Leadership to define product strategy & drive UX deliverablesContinue to develop a high-performing team by coaching, identifying resource needs, hiring, and retaining top talentBe known as a domain expert; serve as a reference within the teamHas responsibility to team for meeting schedules, deadlines, and deliverablesWhat We’re Looking ForAs a Sr. UX Manager, your background will look like:5+ years of relevant industry experience managing UX teams in a lean, agile,and user-centric environmentProven methods and record of success leading consumer-level products with asmall to medium business focusExperience in a SaaS environmentExperience managing hybrid and remote teamsDemonstrated success in creating a collaborative culture of design, engineering,and productProven ability to define, develop, innovate, and garner cross-functional support for changes that promote user-centricity, efficiency, and productivity*** Working language for positions in QuebecKnowledge of French is required for permanent positions in Quebec, to enable the incumbent to communicate as needed with colleagues, partners and suppliers in Quebec. French-language courses are offered to any incumbent of a permanent position in Quebec who does not have a good knowledge of French.*** Other language requirementsFluency in English is required for this position in order to communicate with colleagues, customers and partners (or suppliers) who are mostly located outside Quebec.
