Maintains development of demand planning process to stay relevant to business needs.Ability to develop the final consensus demand plan across the mid-long term horizon and drive alignment with the financial objectives.Gain experience into company systems, particularly as they relate to the demand/supply planning processes. Understands how data is constructed within the systems, and can source the information as well as input data for downstream use.Gain knowledge of existing and emerging supply chain methods, processes, products and services. Employs sound judgment in determining how innovations will be deployed to produce desired results.QualificationsIs adept at constructing presentations to communicate processes, concepts, data, scenarios and other critical information to facilitate teamwork and decision making.Able to communicates ideas or positions in a persuasive manner that builds support, agreement and commitment. Takes actions that directly or indirectly influence others in order to create buy-in, gain trust, motivate actions and win concessions without damaging relationships.Accomplishes own work and overcomes setbacks. Makes sound decisions, takes calculated risks and able to articulate business proposals and communicates with confidence and assertiveness.Preferred Majors: Business related (finance, accounting, marketing etc) or Supply chain related.Candidate should be very comfortable with working on numbers.
