As integral members of the FP&A team, our organization’s overarching responsibilities are to provide the highest caliber of relevant financial and business information that is both insightful and actionable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels to improve our Company’s financial performance. These are highly visible roles for energetic individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.What you’ll be doing:Oversee financial planning and analysis for the global Hardware Engineering organization. Implement controls for various facets of the organization's investments.Consolidate, organize and analyze company-wide NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) spending for executive reporting.Establish dynamic reporting structures that cover budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Devise and implement meaningful metrics, dashboards and reports to uncover valuable insights and facilitate informed decision-making.Lead changes to processes and procedures to improve efficiency, forecast accuracy, and ability to identify business insight.What we need to see:BS/BA in Finance, Economics, or Engineering degree with an MBA or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in finance, biz ops, or other analytically focused positions ideally in a fast-paced technology or related industry.Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with ability to build and convey business insight.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial ERP systems. SAP experience a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across cross-functional teams.Ways to stand out from the crowd: Semiconductor and/or manufacturing experience in Tech.Strong understanding of industry technology and market dynamics in areas directly related to NVIDIA’s products, research and development.Genuine curiosity in STEM and eagerness to learn new things.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
