Mitigate risks, dependencies and remove roadblocks to ensure a successful implementation and deployment.Perform and document implementation tasks using globally defined procedures and systems. Serve as first point of escalation for customer concerns relating to both project-level and technical issues and provide oversight for resolution during project implementation. Execute the post-implementation customer success program.
