As Product Growth Manager, you will be pivotal in achieving this by reshaping our value proposition, conducting insightful experiments to unlock a wealth of learning, and influencing strategic decisions. Your contributions will help optimise and evolve our existing products and guide the development of new capabilities for millions of fans, globally.WHAT WE NEED YOU FOREstablish experimentation as a critical element of Marketplace Product Development.Uncover key questions and assumptions that require validation. Transform them into test hypotheses that fuel our curiosity, exploration, and innovation.Conduct experiments continuously, analyse results, and derive actionable insights to inform decisions. Your work will assist the team with evidence-based storytelling.Establish breadth of oversight of all Marketplace experimentation to ensure optimal execution and efficiency of insight gathering.Be our subject matter expert.
