The successful candidate contributes to our core values of driving data excellence and making data usefulWhat the role InvolvesLead the planning, rollout and adaption of data tools for marketing and media teams with training, workshops and best practices guidesProvide analytics expertise and manage relationships with international stakeholders supporting in leveraging data and digital tools like Google Analytics, DMP, CRM etcLead initiatives and manage process to improve data quality, data collection, compliance within marketing campaigns, tracking and audience segmentationDevelop and rollout BI and reporting solutions and deliver regular insights leveraging data from customer, advertising and ecommerce sources Partner with media advertising teams to create and manage audience solutions with audience analysis/research and opportunities for media operations.Line management responsibility of team analysts and provide leadership in partnering with international data teams and external partners Support data and tech leadership teams in rollout of data programs, platform and digital transformation initiatives in product, customer and privacy complianceProvide ad-hoc support with data operations requests including reporting, platform support and business day-to-day operationsWho you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Proven strong experience in leading marketing analytics and digital advertising solutions within media and E-commence Expertise and understanding of digital analytics and tracking solutions like Google Analytics, GTM, Consent management or similar is a MUSTExpertise in Ad Tech tools (e.g. DMP, DSP, SSP) and digital media channels (social and display) is highly desirableExperience and hand-on expertise in developing dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio, Tableau or similar tools Experience in managing data projects at scale with line management experienceGood understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and its impact on data collection would be advantageous.Cross-functional leadership, communication and presentation skills Analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholdersProactive, highly motivated, curious and critical thinker Equal OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
