We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us hire the best.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with the most qualified candidates on the Blind Talent platform
Sign deals with recruiting departments at the top startups, monitor new requisitions
Match job seekers with employers and develop ways to scale this model
Establish systems and processes for candidate management and communication
Work with product, operations, and leadership teams for the Talent business
Basic qualifications
5+ years of experience in a recruiting, hiring for engineering roles
Hands-on experience with the full life cycle of recruiting
Bachelor's degree related fields or equivalent work experience
Mentor, train, and coach junior recruiters on the team
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and a fast-paced working environment
Passion for driving industry-wide impact in the technical recruiting space
