TESTING - NOT a real job post.           As a founding member of the GTM team, you’ll build the foundation of marketing for years to come. The Blind for Employer product suite provides tech companies a unique way to source qualified candidates from our Blind community and develop actionable recruiting strategies through insights from the honest conversations happening about their company or competitors on Blind. Leaders in talent acquisition, people analytics, HR, and engineering will be better equipped to retain their talent, acquire new talent, and manage their brand. As the founding member of the marketing team, this person will lead the acquisition of new customers by developing, owning, and managing all product messaging, inbound/outbound messaging, and overall marketing initiatives. In Addition, this foundational hire will be on the ground floor in building a repeatable marketing playbook.   This is a remote position with a Pacific time zone work schedule.  Responsibilities Define product positioning, pricing structure, and messaging frameworks leveraging the rich content on Blind; contemplate both a freemium and sales-driven approach Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, CS and product to develop an inbound/outreach strategy to drive the necessary MQLs Manage the third party technology solutions required to scale outbound campaigns Develop an omnichannel strategy across channels such as SEO, social, and PR  Basic qualifications 8+ years of experience marketing to tech companies for B2B SaaS solutions Demonstrated success devising both innovative and optimized marketing campaigns Understands best practices for various marketing channels and technology solutions Deep analytical skills to process both qualitative and quantitative data Prior success working in a fast paced, dynamic environment Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit Preferred Qualifications Experience selling to HR/TA organizations is a plus Compensation Blind's target cash compensation salary range for this role is $XX,000.00 USD per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
