TESTING - NOT a real job post.   We are looking for a driven professional to help grow one of our core products at Blind - Talent by Blind, which is a recruiting service for tech professionals. Blind is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain the quality of our talent database, generated from millions of user input. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a tech product with detail-oriented, hands-on tasks and understand all the efforts behind the scene. This is a contract role for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities Clean and QA all the incoming data input of resumes and work experiences from candidates who sign up on Talent by Blind Take ownership of the quality of candidate profiles presented to companies regarding their work experiences, educations and skills in our database and help define the “quality” of candidates Make subtle, but wide-reaching decisions on how to clean profile information for richer and more accurate data to meet team goals Cross-reference data sources to ensure comprehensiveness and manage discrepancies among multiple sources Basic qualifications Extremely high attention to detail and quality High interest in technical jobs and organizational development Preferred qualifications Strong working knowledge of the breadth and depth of technical jobs, especially software engineers Experience in data cleaning Knowledge of Excel and data manipulation/data visualization Python skill is a plus An avid user of Blind is a plus Blind is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
