About the role  12 month contract Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)  Full-time Exempt Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from an hourly salary of $57 - $67 for most US locations and $63 - $72 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Recruiting As a Sr. Business Recruiter, you’ll …  Develop collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring goals and act as a thought partner in building out their orgs Source, screen, and close a diverse and high-performing set of candidates for a variety of roles across our Sales, Marketing and some G&A business teams  Advocate for top-notch candidate experience by setting expectations, communicating timely updates, and providing actionable feedback Work with the Talent team on a variety of projects that supports the whole teams’ goals (e.g. training, employer brand work, sourcing strategies, metrics) Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes by using data and drive operational improvements and efficiencies to help uplevel our team In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
