What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Tech Lead for your assigned team at Grow Therapy, you will contribute to several full-stack projects for your team’s surface area(e.g. Provider Portal, Client Portal, Billing Flow). You will help define and enforce technical guidelines for your team to ensure quality and timely delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that sufficient testing and quality assurance are performed on every engineering project that your team delivers.
Advising engineers on best practices for engineering. This will range from giving direct feedback on code, introducing helpful engineering tools, suggesting improvements to existing code architecture, and more.
Balancing the execution of product initiatives and engineering improvement initiatives
Running the agile process for your engineering team.
Contributing to the codebase to help your team with project delivery
Salary range: $180k - $230k
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
5+ years in engineering. You’ve built and scaled systems, made complex engineering decisions, and have proved your technical skills in the industry.
Full-stack web development experience. You have experience working with REST APIs, web frameworks, an understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and at least one backend language.
Entrepreneurial spirit. You have worked in a startup or on your own side projects and built products from the ground up.
Product thinker. You want to build through a user-centric lens and be involved not only in engineering decisions but product and design decisions as well.
Leader. You know how to guide a team towards a decision while taking different viewpoints into account. You know how to make sure projects are executed despite roadblocks and inspire your teammates to do the same.
Team Player. You are collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement
Highly Motivated. You want ownership of your work.
