Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:We are looking for a strategic and creative communications professional to lead executive communications for our sales organization at CrowdStrike. Reporting into the Head of Global communications and directly supporting our Chief Sales Officer, the ideal candidate will have direct experience developing original and impactful executive sales communications programs for high profile c-suite leaders at a high growth business and will be exceptionally strong story teller, content developer, speech writer.Working with an integrated team across public relations, content/thought leadership, and internal communications, you will help drive the vision of the business forward by building strategic communications plans for key executive stakeholders - one that inspires employees, customers, influencers, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing and presentation development skills, a deep understanding of corporate messaging, and the ability to collaborate across teams and with C-level executives. What You’ll Do: Manage a strategic executive communications program, developed in tandem with the Head of Global Communications.  Develop clear and compelling executive messaging for both internal and external audiences, aligned to the company’s brand, values and business goals. Influence writing:  develop high-quality, impactful keynotes, speeches, and presentations for executives for both internal forums (all hands) and external events (keynotes, conferences, etc.)Work directly with the Chief Sales Officer as executive communications liaison to develop a thoughtful and impactful cadence of communications Create and drive executive communication platforms; partnering with PR, internal comms and the Global Head of CommunicationsWork closely with the C-level executives, the Corporate PR team, and internal communications team on various key internal and external topics and issues that reflect the needs of the organization and business.Research and package content from internal and external resources to develop compelling, insightful and engaging narratives.Deliver executive-level work products including scripts, speeches, videos, and social media amplification plans.What You’ll Need:10 - 14 years’ experience in a communications leadership role, including at least 3-4 running sales communications for C-suite executives.Strong speech writing skills and proven experience writing executive keynotes for major internal and external eventsNatural comfort and experience advancing executive’s professional social brand Experience developing highly creative campaigns with a keen eye toward uncovering new opportunities.Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to take a concept from ideation and strategy to execution autonomously.Career experience running communications at an enterprise technology company, preferably with some cyber security or cloud experienceExperience advancing C-Suite thought leadership within a field or industry, and experience delivering original thinking across multiple topics#LI-AI1 #LI-SC1 #LI-RemoteBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $190,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
