Job Requisition ID #24WD74920Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for an Executive Assistant to support business leaders within the Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) organization. You will have knowledge of standard company operations and policies. You will be responsible for scheduling, travel arrangements (domestic and international), communications, meeting planning, and supporting project activities. You will represent these executive(s) to their colleagues throughout Autodesk, and to important Autodesk customers.You will be based in San Francisco, CA (required to work out of San Francisco office, flexibility as needed) and will report to Chief of Staff for the Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) organization and will support additional leaders in the organization.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage complex calendars while ensuring prioritization of activitiesYou will arrange international and domestic travel and prepare expense reports accordinglyYou will help create presentations using MS Power PointYou will help manage departmental budget. Track purchases and generate expense reportsYou will review and prioritize email and respond on behalf of executive and escalate issues that need immediate attentionYou will maintain email distribution lists and shared directories and be able to track on databases to synthesize and generate reportsYou will coordinate team events approximately one per quarterYou will provide staff meeting support to include: Prepare agendas, takes notes and distribute meeting minutes and presentationsYou will manage information flow within the organization and communicate new corporate policies/programs that affect team membersYou will be onsite support with a team of administrative assistants, partnering with Facilities for things such as space management, meeting/event planning, and cateringMinimum RequirementsYou have 5+ years administrative position in a large scaled global environmentYou have an Associate degree in Business or Secretarial Science, or equivalent work experienceYou are proficient in productivity applications used at Autodesk, including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 applications, Slack and ZoomThe Ideal CandidateYou can resolve issues as they ariseYou are comfortable with an evolving role as teams and organizations changeYou have experience writing, editing, and creating presentations, blog posts, or short articlesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $72,800 and $117,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
