Job Requisition ID #24WD75258Project ManagerWe are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager conduct in a range of tasks related to project management, information organization, and research. This role is crucial in maintaining our digital infrastructure and ensuring cohesive collaboration across our rapidly evolving organization.Key Responsibilities:• Autodesk research: Assist in the planning and execution of tasks that are coordinated in cross functional companywide spanning teams where progress is consistently monitored, and stakeholders are kept informed.• Process Optimization: Lead the evaluation and enhancement of existing design and operational processes to streamline workflows and elevate overall efficiency.• Digital Tool Mastery: Utilize tools such as Jira, Airtable, Microsoft suite, Wiki, SharePoint and Slack to manage projects, track progress, and facilitate cross team collaboration.• Process Documentation: Champion the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• File Management: Guarantee that design and project files are organized systematically for prompt access and retrieval.• Administrative Leadership: Organize and provide essential administrative support for design meeting, reviews, and team members.• Content Management: Supervise the updating and creation of content in design resources to ensure accuracy and timeliness.This position is tailored for an individual with a robust background in project coordination, and digital tool proficiency. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $99,500 and $171,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
