Job Requisition ID #24WD75256Position OverviewAutodesk is looking for an Employment Tax Senior Analyst to join our team. You will report to our Employment Tax Senior Manager based in Dublin, Ireland. You will be embedded virtually with our global payroll team and be a member of a worldwide finance organization that strives to be the best.You will support the payroll team on all aspects of employment tax analysis and compliance. You will work with the respective partners (global payroll, stock administration, mobility, HR, tax, employment law, accounting, and others).You will be flexible and to grow as a global tax professional. This includes being open minded to innovative ways, to challenge status quo to seek continuous improvement.We offer flexible hybrid working options for our employees.ResponsibilitiesTo help lead several payroll and employment tax projects, such as taxability reviews for Total Rewards programs, M&A transactions, and impacts to Global Mobility and remote workTo understand payroll and employment tax compliance matters, including equity transactionsTo monitor important employment tax changes and to drive change managementTo prepare estimated payroll tax calculationsTo help implement processes and to prepare documentation to ensure payroll is processing compensation correctlyTo support on payroll tax and social security audits.To perform tax research and to propose recommendations based on findings.To act as a payroll tax advisor to the business and other stakeholders.To undertake other special projects as they ariseMinimum QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Tax, Accounting or LawAt least 5 years of work experience in employment taxExperience with multinational companies a must, technology industryBig 4 experiencePreferred Qualifications Takes ownership, hands-on and a self-motivated personalityAnalytical and organizedGood attention to detailCurious, driven and determinedStrong communication skillsExperience with Smartsheets, PowerBI, and Alteryx is a plus but not required.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
