Are you a technology enthusiast who can imagine and develop new ways to make your work more efficient and accurate?  Are you a change agent who challenges the status-quo and makes things better?We’re all about accelerating careers, delighting our customers, and delivering results.  If you are too, then we have the right role for you!Autodesk is looking for a manager to lead the Global Accounts Payable team in Bangalore.  In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Global Accounts Payable who has the overall responsibilities of the Global Accounts Payable team.  We’re looking for someone well versed in AP processes and AP accounting across APAC, AMER and EMEA regions with an eye for details and a good understanding of VAT/GST & Withholding Tax knowledge.You are required to manage part of the team in terms of hiring, training and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and disbursements to vendors and the integrity of the financial accounting system. In addition, this role also requires you to lead process improvement through automation tools and optimizing the processes through S4 HANA, Ariba, OpenText and Vertex systems.  Other responsibilities include reviewing of manual journal entries, account reconciliations, disaster recovery planning and meeting month end closing deadlines.ResponsibilitiesCoach, manage and motivate the Accounts Payable team to ensure the highest quality of professionalism in the performance of workEnsure invoices and expense claims are processed accurately, vendor accounts are reconciled and the AP ledger aging is within payment termsEnsure controls are operating effectively and conform to all legal and regulatory accounting and Tax requirements, including compliance with corporate policies, local statutory requirements and Sarbanes OxleyRedesign and optimize Accounts Payable process, and drive a continuous improvement cultureResponsible for month and quarter end close and for the accuracy of Accounts payable postings to GLResponsible process/projects in the Accounts payable areaEstablish objective measurement criteria to effectively manage and report performance and communicate service level expectationsEstablish/ Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all stakeholders and internal customersWork cross functionally with other functions (eg.
