The RoleThe ideal candidate has a design and technical background and combines very good presentation techniques with convincing software demonstration skills and has the confidence to discuss our solutions and technologies with Creatives and IT executives at all levels.What you’ll doAs a Solution Consultant, you are a member of the Adobe Sales organization and the primary technical resource for the Digital Media sales teamYou are responsible for actively driving and leading the technology part of the sales lifecycle, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and advocate for our solutionsMaximize the benefit for our clients by pointing out the value of Adobe and the Adobe Creative Cloud & Document CloudAs the client's trusted advisor, your primary responsibility is to understand the client's business needs, business objectives and organizational structure, and translate this into specific solutions and reliable business cases that help the client pursue and achieve its financial goalsThe Solution Consultant should be able to articulate technology and solution positioning to creative, business and technical usersAnswer business and technical questions during the sales process through documentation, presentations, and demonstrationsIdentify all technical challenges of assigned customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales and customer success processEstablish and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales cycle and to some extent beyondConduct customer workshops, workflow assessments, and demonstrations of our Digital Media solutions and the business benefits they bring to our customer as well as public speaking engagements at events and conferencesWhat you need to succeedA good understanding of design workflows and trends and how they impact different verticalsExceptional organizational, presentation, and conversational skillsExperience in building and presenting business cases and value propositions for organizationsFamiliarity with SaaS-based technologies and cloud solutions and their impact on the ability of how internal and external stakeholder work togetherThe ability to identify customers' critical business problems and develop appropriate solutions that add value for the customerExperience and a track record of success in a technical pre-sales or client advisory environmentExperience in at least one functional area of design like Web Design, Experience Design, etc.Experience and understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud or at the least Adobe XDFamiliar with concepts involving API, Web-services, SOA, Application servers, HTML, CSS, JavaScriptFluent in English, written and spoken at the business levelAbility to communicate convincingly at “C” level along with solution selling skillsAbility to translate client requirements into Adobe’s SolutionsMust be self-managed, responsive, and have a customer-centric mindsetWillingness to travel throughout IndiaAt Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized throughout the world on Best Companies lists.
