Together with the polish Leadership Team you will be defining the  strategy to maximize the revenue and margin with the right approach for the different routes to markets aligned with the overall HP strategy. You will be fully responsible for managing with your Team the full P&L. You will manage a Team of Product Managers and report into the Senior Manager for East Central Europe Personal Systems Category. You'll be a key point of contact for general management, direct and indirect sales, channel enablement, marketing, finance, resellers, retailers, distributors and of course CEP customer. You will manage a broad balanced scorecard of financial metrics, channel KPIs, market share and people related metrics.Responsibilities: Manages a team of category managers that provides Market Analysis - Product Life Cycle management Pricing Advocacy - Forecasting & Reporting - Business Control Product Line development through Education, Communication, and Sales Support.Manage Key performance metrics (P&L, channel metrics, market share etc) for Personal Systems PolandPlay a leading role in HP Poland Leadership Team by guiding and leading sales, channel and product management for personal systemsDrive 4P management end-to-endDeep understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies.Develop portfolios and control Brand Mix of products into the marketWorks with and leverages internal/external partners to deliver the business resultsRegular interface with any level in sales organizationRevenue and margin responsibilityFacilitates communication between marketing and country customer facing organizations.Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies.Provide guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.Manage internal sales support, selling and marketing processes in support of direct sales representatives and selling activities.Drive sales support and marketing programs for new business and greater account penetration.Maintain awareness of current economic and industry conditions.Knowledge and Skills: Typically 8-12 years of professional experience with a combination of Category Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Planning and people management experienced.Strong Leadership skills to lead a senior TeamDeep knowledge and understanding of Polish PC LandscapeTrack record in PC ChannelUniversity or Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or FinanceUnderstanding/ Practice of sales processes in the IT industryDemonstrated success in the management of marketing and sales support programs.Knowledgeable of overall business and across functions and disciplines.Broad business knowledge of product marketing, sales support and selling.Directly related work results; including success in achieving progressively higher marketing, sales and sales support goals.Demonstrated project management skills.IT industry knowledgeBusiness planning skillsFinancial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage business planning and reportingStrong communication skillsKnowledge of promotional marketing processes and practicesStrategic and analytical thinker who can also operate in detailStrong time management and organization skillsCustomer and data drivenWe love our work environment.
