North America Workforce Solutions Reporting and Analytics ManagerDescription -HP Workforce Solutions (WS), HP’s Services-focused business unit, is a strategic growth business for HP. The WS business unit drives growth in a range of personal computer and print services from transactional care packs and configuration services to contractual commitments spanning three to six years. Business metric reporting and business performance analytics are critical in informing management on decisions that will drive revenue growth and margin improvement. The person in this role will join the North America WS Business Management team and will be based in Boise, Idaho or Houston, Texas.This position provides stakeholders with regular reporting, analyses, and intelligence on business drivers such as pages, install base and revenue and cost trends and prepares ad hoc analyses to address critical business questions. The person in this role will develop skills to understand a business need, devise the analysis approach, gather, and combine data, prepare the analysis, and formulate and present recommendations. In addition, the position will be responsible for contributing intelligence to the semi-annual budget process.
