If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Experienced Manufacturing Engineer for PCB Assembly Networking (Fiberchannel, Ethernet, Data Center) products, responsible for all manufacturing aspects (processes, methods, equipment, Packaging and Labeling and manufacturing control) for a set of existing product lines as well new product introduction.Responsible for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) aspects of new products and changes to existing products.Project Management of Manufacturing driven changes to products during Production phase including Authoring, Coordination and Approval of Engineering Change Requests (ECR), and Engineering Change Orders (ECO)Coordination of First Article Inspection Approvals from Production support staff to support ECR and ECO driven updates to Production productsActive member of a project team related to new products (improve product design for ease of manufacturing, optimization of material and labor costs)Highly responsive individual able to work and succeed in a fast pace, dynamic environmentStudy, develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System for new/ transferred products:  equipment, tooling, layout, process flow charts, in accordance with company, industry standards and project objectivesSupport production ramp up and monitor achievement of project KPIsProvide training and assistance to Contract Manufacturer ProductionPersonnel for all facets related to the manufacturing of the product.Bachelor’s degree required: B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferredMinimum of 8+ years of related experienceKnowledge in PCBA manufacturing concepts and toolsCAD tools experienceAbility to interact with all levels of the organization and to drive cross functional teamsKnowledge and experience with IPC is a plusAdditional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $130,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
