Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:• Work with operation team to understand the challenges and pain points in the processes or systems• Work with management and customers to evaluate alternative procedures and systematic solutions which most effectively meet needs while maintaining acceptable business standards and ensure SOX compliance• Understanding of Oracle system environment is an added advantage.• Apply in-depth knowledge to support Accounts Payable policies & process change• Review and update system/process documentation• Responsible for the implementation of new program, system and process. Develops training materials and trains employees/processors on all appropriate aspects of programs, systems and applications• Work with IT/project core team for any system issues or any new projects/enhancements which impact Accounts Payable function• Perform reconciliation of vendor statement• Liaise with Buyers, Requestors and Vendors on problems of varying scope and complexity• Handle other projects as assigned• Point of contact for payment and invoice enquiries• Handle escalation and deal with daily operational issue• Ensure good governance process and continuous improvement to day to day operation issueJob Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with accounting knowledge• 2 - 4 years relevant working experience preferably in a multinational organization • Possess strong leadership and project management skills• Meticulous, result oriented, motivated, resourceful, self-starter, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Knowledge of Oracle system and SAP system experience is an added advantage• Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage• Able to work on different shift if neededBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
