If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:Broadcom Inc. is seeking a U.S. Payroll Operations Manager· Responsible for managing the team and the production of the in house payroll using ADP Vantage for approximately 20,000 employees in six legal entities. · Interprets pay policies, (e.g., vacation, LOA, disability, government regulations, withholding exemptions, etc.) and ensures appropriate deductions are calculated and applied to accounts correctly· Facilitates audits of internal records, workers compensation, tax filings and related documentation· Manages timely stock processing, disability payments, new hire, terminations, garnishments, compliance reporting· Experience with shift workers, CA meal rule, overtime pay is preferredEducation/Experience:· Bachelor’s degree with courses in human resources and/or accounting preferred· 10+ years of payroll experience and 5 years experience in a supervisory role· Working knowledge of U.S. payroll laws to include active, terminated, and deceased employees· Proficient in excel, third party time-keeping software (ADP, eTime, WorkDay)Desired skill set includes: Working knowledge of ADP Vantage, Etime with “In house” processing experience.Compliance knowledge, problem-solving, organized, accurate, computer and software proficiency, mathematical, time management, & communication skills.Additional Job Description:Compensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000.This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.Broadcom offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K) participation including company matching, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation time.
