Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do: Be a trusted advisor and consultant to the Renewals Leadership Team by understanding global business and operational needs. You will be responsible for consolidating insights and recommendations to influence strategic plans while ensuring alignment across all regions.Execute on prioritized projects and initiatives for the global Renewals leaders by identifying opportunities for high business impact; documenting business requirements and current state operational processes; validating and refining potential solutions through data analysis and stakeholder feedback; and delivering on the appropriate course of action.Create and lead operational cadence for the Renewal leaders including forecast reviews, pipeline development, and pipeline hygieneCreate and maintain reports and dashboards across all regions in Salesforce and work with BI team on creation of dashboards to run and inspect the business (I.e. margins, attach rate with software, quota carrier contribution etc)Utilize deep renewals operations expertise to partner on key focus areas such as Renewal Rate, business and renewal planning, coverage optimization, demand management, attrition and forecasting, and performance management.Lead collaborative, cross-functional projects, and project teams with the broader Commercial Excellence leadership team to negotiate stakeholder buy-in, keep initiatives on track, and report on status to leadership. Accountable to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables meet/exceed expectations.Lead in the development and design of renewal supporting processes to align to business needs as well as to renewal operations process standards; champion the adoption and roll-out of renewal enablement activities.Work closely with internal teams to prioritize technology requests from the Renewals organization and drive successful adoption of existing and new tools.Influence and partner with the wider global Renewals Operations team by sharing feedback, requirements, and best practices to ensure efficient operation of the Renewals organization.Lead quota setting efforts and participate in shaping compensation levers and design, working with the global compensation team, to ensure that Renewals compensation aligns with company goals.Lead change efforts around process, methodology, and ways of working to ensure alignment of renewals team with global sales process.Additional Job DescriptionWhat we're looking for: Highly self-motivated independent worker and thinker. We want someone who takes initiative.5 plus years’ experience working in a Renewal Operations role in Enterprise Software and SaaS. Experience with SaaS renewals strongly preferred.Familiarity with renewal technologies (i.e. Salesforce, Apttus, Gainsight)Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field.Stong understand of process in an operational setting, corporate change management principles, methodologies (e.g. Agile), and tools. Strong project management experience.Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment and mobilizing people to act while remaining collaborative and open to feedback.Excellent relationship building skills. Able to be firm, but fair, and receptive to feedback.Works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs.Clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understandingAble to be succinct and clearly summarize insights and business impact.
