To that end, we are innovating rapidly in the ad-tech space and there is no shortage of new challenges for motivated individuals.Read about some of our products and recent work here: https://www.ebayads.com/The Advertising team is looking for a Global Head of Advertising Services who will be directly responsible for the success of new programs to increase seller engagement with eBay through the use of our extended advertising suite! Specifically, you will evaluate the viability of pilots (e.g., ads managed services, ads subscriptions, display transition), develop plans to scale programs globally and embed them within the organization’s operating model. You will partner with a broad set of cross-functional collaborators to develop our end-to-end commercial strategy for nascent revenue streams. This is an IC role which reports to the Global Director of Strategy, Operations & Partnerships.Position is hybrid; located out of San Jose, San Francisco or Bellevue office.What you will accomplish:Collaborate with various partners, including the product & engineering teams, analytics, marketing, sales, legal and other relevant teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDevelop the global strategy for advertising servicesDevelop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessmentProvide clear communication and regular updates to partners on progress, risks and issuesIdentify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure execution occurs within agreed timelinesFoster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharingWhat you will bring:8+ years proven experience in sales (e-commerce preferred) and program management, preferably with a proven track record of managing business relationships and cross-functional projectsExperience collaborating with teams in global organizations, across regions and functionsExcellence in structured thinking, developing sensible and creative solutions to challenging business problemsProven track record to lead a driven team in the development and execution of key initiativesComfort in reaching out and prioritizing cross-functional collaboration in a highly matrixed environmentSuperior problem-solving and project management skills and experience executing complex strategic and operational initiativesExperience implementing projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivityThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$144,000 - $216,150Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
