The mission of Genesys Product Business Strategy & Operations team is to support Genesys Product leadership to develop growth strategy and facilitate strategic & operational initiatives to ensure the strategy is executed successfully.As a Business Strategy and Operations Intern, you will grow your program management, analytics skills, and business acumen to implement our Cloud strategy. You will play a critical role in measuring our success through the creation of dashboards and reports. In this role, you will be exposed to many aspects of the Genesys Cloud business, especially to business analytics. Additionally, you will add value by working with cross-functional teams within and beyond the Genesys Product organization to ensure business strategy are followed through in a timely manner within scope. We are seeking a talent who is an analytical and structured problem solver, a relationship builder, and can manage changing priorities in a rapidly growing business.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross functional teams on business strategy development and executive communications deliveryIdentify unmet or underserved needs of the business unit, continuously evaluating & improving business strategy & operationsProvide insights through analyses and dashboard building & maintenance to support key business decision makingCreate reporting for program tracking and reporting against targetsContinuously evaluate, minimize complexities, optimize, and improve processesMinimum Requirements:Masters of Business Administration (MBA) student/degree or equivalentAnalytical & structured problem-solving skillsProficient with at least 1 analytics tool/language (Excel, Tableau, R)Clear thinker and communicator with advanced financial & business acumenExcellent business communication skills, written & verbalAttention-to-detail, with the ability to dissect into very tactical considerations to ensure accuracy in deliverablesHigh emotional intelligenceBeing able to create productive & positive working relations with co-workers with varying technical & business backgroundsGrowth & agile mindset with thorough work ethics, embracing diversityBe a proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize, and get things doneDemonstrate intellectual curiosity and a desire to take on ambiguous and varied projects in support of the Product Strategy & Ops team Covid-19 Safety for our employees and our communities is a key priority for Genesys.
