Low Power Engineer

NVIDIA Silicon Solutions Group is seeking a versatile engineer to be part of the HW ArchDev team. The SSG team is uniquely positioned to have an end-to-end view of the product development cycle - from early arch definition through bringup to product release. Our ArchDev arm is a hub for all silicon and system-level feature development, ROI analysis, system integration solutions, and system POR alignment. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring NVIDIA stays competitive with industry regulations and ML workloads through deep technical power analysis.What You'll Be Doing:Analyzing silicon and system level perf/power for industry regulations and ML workloads.Coordinating with HW/SW architecture and design teams to address improvements to perf/power.Defining processes to ensure robust projection and validation flow of these use cases.Lead power debugging efforts when silicon and system-level power do not meet specifications.What We Need to See:BS or MS degree in EE/CE or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in some of the following areas:Architect, develop and debug silicon and system power savings featuresAnalyzing Data Center, Client, or Automotive use cases with emphasis on silicon energy efficiencyPerf and Power post-silicon validationSilicon process variation and binningStand out with working experience in Computer Energy Regulations (CEC, Estar, Europe) or MLPerf.Effective in a collaborative environment.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
