We are looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our centralised Honoraria team at Clarivate. This is an amazing opportunity to be a member of a talented and vibrant Honoraria team. The team consists of about 10 people comprising of individuals from life sciences and healthcare, management,  backgrounds. We provide services to the Pharmaceutical and broader Life Science industry. In this role, we are seeking to fulfil a critical need to gain insights from Healthcare Professionals that will ultimately be used to improve patient care and outcomes. We would love to speak with you if you have the skills for pharma/CRM/Market Research.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   Graduate or Master’s degree in pharmacy/life sciences/pharmaceutical/science with relevant experience upto 4 years in CRM, HCP/KOL recruitment, project management, tool testing, market research.Knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel is required.Work with research analysts, mentor them and keep them informed of changes to processes and procedures both internal and external so they continue to be a key team player and add value to the Honoraria team                 It would be great if you also had . . .Knowledge of designing/ reviewing questionnaires would be an  advantageKnowledge of any non-English languages (e.g., French / German / Italian / Spanish) would be an advantage.What will you be doing in this role? Executing/Managing both Qualitative and Quantitative projects throughout their lifecycle.Co-ordinating with global team members: preparing and executing project plan, forecasting and mitigating project related risks and ensuring timely project delivery with themEnsuring compliance at all times with regards to every aspect of the role and the Team, this will include a centralized role with regards to the implementation of the workflow/CRM softwareCoordinating with research teams for the Project kick-off, so to gain an understanding of the research requirements and scheduling callsReview screeners and study guides for the research and suggest edits if required to ensure Clarivate remains compliant.Maintain all records and activity within the workflow/CRM softwareHelp define and deliver processes for quality checks of deliverablesSupport both research and interviews being conducted by Clarivate colleagues, as well as work with a number of external partners who identify and provide interviewees.Organize international (including: US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain) top-quality telephone interviews for several projects simultaneously for an internal analyst who will conduct the interviewsAbility to discuss and improve the day to day running of the Honoraria software ensuring good compliance at all times and working closely with the technical team to ensure it meets the every day needs of the businessEnsure project level expenses are within the defined budgetMaintain ongoing communication with team members as well as the author on the project to progress and/or discuss changes in scopeAbout the Team   You will be part of Clarivate’s growing Life Science and Healthcare unit, as part of a team of 10 plus members with a mix of analysts, senior analyst, project managers, consultants, client engagement leads etc ..
