Who we’re looking for We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to serve as the voice of the customer, liaising between Blind’s advertising clients and our Product and Engineering teams. Responsibilities Make strategic contributions to Ads product development by refining functional specs and communicating the GTM team’s requirements through close collaboration with engineers and product managers Encourage on-schedule delivery and functional, high-quality results from cross-functional stakeholders Deliver and define integration specifications for, plus spearhead optimizations of, programmatic partnerships Build, launch, and optimize campaigns for our direct advertisers as needed Provide from-the-field feedback to colleagues on client requests that create new revenue opportunities. Basic qualifications 4+ years of experience in product management, advertising operations, or related role(s) at an agency, publisher, or platform Analytical skills and industry knowledge specific to a digital marketing/advertising setting Preferred qualifications Solid communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills in formal and informal settings Efficient time management and prioritization skills Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills Ability to diplomatically work with multiple stakeholders and balance competing interests internally and externally Proven history of revenue maximizing acumen Experience with GAM360 and Prebid (or other Header Bidding protocols) are nice-to-haves, but not mission critical Compensation Blind's cash compensation salary range for this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year. This salary range includes compensation for multiple job levels. Your job level will be based on an assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask about to understand in more detail. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
