The Opportunity Simpplr is looking for a data-driven, growth-focused Digital Advertising Manager (Search & Display) to assume hands-on management and execution of Paid Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as additional display and paid social channels. You will take our advertising to the next level with demonstrated improvements in lead generation. You will be joining an exciting company experiencing hyper growth and a team that values collaboration and fun. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing on the Growth Marketing Team. Your Job Responsibilities What you will be doing: Directly manage and optimize our Paid Search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads to dramatically increase pipeline for the Sales team. Run ads across Google Display Network (GDN), LinkedIn, Facebook, 6sense and additional display and social channels, with a focus on demand generation. Drive lead generation and awareness to our target account list through ABM programs. A/B test and optimize across key levers like bidding, creatives, landing pages, ad copy, audience targeting, and keywords to unlock growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth team members, SDRs, BDRs, product marketing, the broader go-to-market, and designers. Dig into analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and adapt strategy accordingly Establish and own weekly reporting that brings visibility into performance, trends, and underlying drivers across each of your channels. Your Skillset What makes you a great fit for the team: 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience managing Paid Search (Google Ads/Bing Ads) Subject matter expertise in Paid Search and Google Suite (Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) Continuously staying ahead of the curve on best practices and cutting-edge advertising/search engine trends Analytical with the ability to consume, process and transform large amounts of information into insightful and actionable insights KPI and ROI-focused mindset, with the ability to evaluate detailed metrics and improve campaign performance Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modeling) Strong experience and familiarity with SFDC Experience working with Marketo, Demandbase and 6sense a plus B2B and/or SaaS experience preferred Bachelor's degree Pay Range $110,000 — $164,000 USD See what our employees say about working at Simpplr: Glassdoor Reviews   Simpplr’s Hub-Hybrid-Remote Model: At Simpplr we believe that when work is good, life is better and that belief guides all we do.
