In this pivotal role, you'll strategically operate, advocate for well-designed systems, and foster effective collaboration with product development and sales teams.What You'll DoStrategic & Technical LeadershipDrive business objectives for critical GRC products, influencing solutions, and roadmaps.Collaborate cross-functionally, developing a high-performing Engineering organization, managing budgets, and mentoring teams.Ability to accelerate product development and guide architectural decisions as a hands-on technologist, empowering and driving technical teams to deliver high quality solutions.People & Operations ManagementBuild and sustain a highly engaged organization by attracting, developing, and rewarding top talent.Implement processes optimizing operational effectiveness, aligning with company strategy, and improving systems and services.Maintain an atmosphere of respect, mutual support, flexibility, continuous learning, good humor, and commitment to business goals and customer needs to fulfill the company vision.Facilitate continuous improvement of quality and productivity, ensuring the team's success within budgets and timelines.Fulfillment of Customer RequirementsIdentify and articulate customer needs, ensuring product alignment with business goals.Lead the product team in understanding and resolving issues, aiming for high-quality deliverables.Uncover opportunities for new product development, recognizing implications for business growth.Architectural OversightEvaluate and manage technology decisions, ensuring coordination across product areas.Provide leadership for innovative solutions, supporting Product Architects, and aligning development teams.Guide strategic decisions on leveraging platform capabilities versus prioritizing fit-for-purpose solutions.Organizational Product Development PlanningMarshal talent, resources, and structures for effective development and delivery.Manage dependencies, identify team capabilities, and ensure quality in finished products.What You'll NeedRequired Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree with 12 years related experience, Master’s degree with 10 years related experience, or PhD with 8 years related experience.Minimum 8 years of direct people management experience, including leading Directors and Managers.Desired Skills & KnowledgeStrong emotional intelligence and leadership abilities.Broad industry knowledge with a strategic understanding of technology, and architecture.
