Smartsheet is seeking a Program Director who will play a critical role in driving the long-term growth and success of its most important customers. The Top Accounts Program ensures that all Smartsheet stakeholders are aligned in the planning and execution of essential activities that lead to the best possible outcomes for our most strategically-important accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and success in managing top account programs, executive engagement methods, board level operating rhythm, as well as leading go-to-market programs that deliver measurable results. You will report to the SVP,Customer Success,Services & Support this is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.  You will: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Customer Outcomes, Channel, Product and other organizations to establish objectives and key results (OKRs) that best represent the overall health of Top Accounts. Effectively orchestrate an operating model that includes a regular communication/review cadence that maximizes transparency and proactivity across our selected account stakeholders, our field teams, our Executive team, and our board of directors. Identify potential account risks to relationship and commercial standing, and ensure the appropriate mitigating actions are put in place to improve our growth posture and strategic relevance. Capture and share meaningful insights that can be leveraged programmatically to improve outcomes within Top Accounts and across other operating segments that will echo this program. Assess potential new investment opportunities that will improve the Top Accounts Program and yield greater returns for the broader organization. Be an active partner for all of Worldwide Field Operations by helping to enable various related initiatives and drive teaming across our Field, Marketing and Product functions. Maintain and improve the predictability and performance of our net retention in Top Accounts Develop and roll out new frameworks to drive executive engagement for our Top Accounts Build deep relationships and drive alignment with teams that will participate in the program - Executives, Executive Assistants, Accounts Teams, Customer Success, Marketing Collaborate with other programs that leverage Smartsheet leaders, ensuring efficiency and clarity internally and with our customers - (i.e. Customer Advisory Board, Industry-focused executive events) Define strategy, process, and metrics, and execute plans to automate supporting processes and measurement tools Develop tools and processes to improve follow-up on customer engagements and ensure continual engagement throughout the customer lifecycle Understand and communicate the results and drive continuous improvement for the program by utilizing data combined with valuable feedback from customers, executives and account teams Occasional travel to our corporate offices will be required You have: 8+ years of success managing top account programs  in the enterprise software industry. 5+ years of experience leading go-to-market programs for executive engagement Cumulative 10-15 years of industry experience with progressive growth in responsibility Deep expertise in how industry-leading organizations drive transformational change and how they assess the value of technology investments. Executive facing presentation and communication skills Leadership acumen at appropriate altitude of understanding to fit various executive needs Self motivated and proactive leadership ability to self-direct and work independently Strong customer empathy with passion and drive to assist A level of comfort in both technical & business conversations A combination of long-range thinking and pragmatic delivery to yield the best short term and long term results A startup mentality and are comfortable with rapidly changing environments and expectations Proven ability to create, operate and measure cross functional team execution in weekly, monthly, quarterly set of cadence while distilling reporting on outcomes to our executive leadership. A proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, resulting in successful outcomes of new initiatives. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated strategic and analytical skills Experience using Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and Google Apps are desired A bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
