Position Overview: Diligent is looking for a highly professional and motivated individual to combine their technical knowledge with commercial skills to effectively uncover and develop solutions for prospects and customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships, as you will interface directly with leaders of large multi-national companies, and other key GRC and ESG personas. Key Responsibilities Outstanding and up-to-date expertise in Solutions Consulting methodologies and best practices Conflict resolution and stakeholder management from multiple teams at multiple levels of the organisation (e.g. Products, Marketing, Services, Sales, etc.) Effective leadership by “leading from the front”, constantly demonstrating the right positive attitude to his team as well as represent our value of “extreme ownership”. Provides regular feedback to managers, group members, and colleagues while receiving feedback from Senior Management and Executives, effectively managing up and down. Develops long term strategic plans, set group goals and success criteria in line with the global SE team Ensures SE group delivers on group and Diligent goals, also ensures SE Team Leads achieve personal goals Creates a positive workplace and culture by embracing mistakes and constant feedback, providing a safe and engaging environment for his direct report and the whole team Addresses any complaints or issues, and escalate upwards when needed Working with Team Leads, sets the methodology for the group, aligning to the global team while understanding and applying the changes needed for the region Responsible for the forecasting and results for the SE Group in the region, while managing resources and capacity in accordance with the needs and nuances of the region (e.g. languages, domain expertise, etc.) Manage the pipeline of opportunities in conjunction with sales leadership to make sure the pipe is realistic and up to date. Aides in roadmap creation/prioritisation while supporting the current roadmap and be a champion of it Provides strategic oversight for integration of domain and industry challenges/changes into demo methodology Ensures mutual respect, collaboration inside and outside the team, is open and transparent in communication Lead and own a global remit and multiple regional units Navigate and solve the challenges of running a global team and ensure success for all regions Establish a global standard for the global presale group and drive consistency with the right balance of localization to ensure global and regional success Work cross functionally with the other GTM teams to ensure flawless execution of our GTM strategy Lead special solution GTM projects with the product and executive team Required Experience/Skills  Demonstrates a history of high achievement Possesses a strong focus on processes Driven by performance and results Analytical thinker and adept problem solver Exceptional mentoring skills Consistently maintains a track record of success Capable of envisioning, effective communication, and exemplifies leadership through personal example Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to individuals at all organizational levels, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-Level roles.
