This role is responsible for leading the development of the next-generation security platform for CrowdStrike which include an application and service delivery platform, massively scalable distributed data storage and replication systems, and a cutting-edge search and distributed graph system. You will own driving the technical strategy and roadmap for building and maintaining core components, enabling other internal teams to create customer facing features. As the company grows and gets new customers, you will be instrumental in hiring, retaining and growing a team of world class engineers. You need to have hands-on experience in building cloud solutions, leading people and projects. You need to work closely with product management to understand customer requirements and cross functionally with peers and senior leadership to deliver innovative products that can scale with increased demand. We are a remote-first company so you must bring your excellent verbal and written communication skills to bear when you are working with your engineering teams and cross-functional teams across the globe.
