ContractorTEST LAB OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Hazards:This job has no Chemical, X-Ray or laser exposure risk.Work Shift6am - 6:pmm, F-Su Alternate ThGENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for loading and unloading integrated optical parts in Burn-in ovens. Responsible for production test of integrated optical partsResponsible for performing test processes and minor troubleshooting of test tools to ensure production quality standards are met.Ensure compliance with documented proceduresReport production and tool issues to production team, Test Engineering team, and managementYour Key Responsibilities Would Include:Load and unload integrated optical parts in Burn-in ovens.Setup and run multiple automated testing equipmentMeet test priority and on-time schedule and goals with PIC departmentAble to work cohesively and closely with other team membersBe able to follow specifications and procedures documentationsEmployees are required to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Repetitive motion and Multi-tasking is essential part of the job.In order to get from one work station to another, employees are required standing and walking for extended period of time (about 10 hours) in the test LAB..Steady hand movement is a must as employees are required handling and loading/unloading small and delicate microelectronic parts on the test tools.  Occasionally, employees will inspect microelectronic parts under a microscope to locate and repair damage very small wire bond patterns.Perform computer  data entry (Transactions)Use micrometer knob to aligning correctly while looking under microscope.EDUCATIONHigh School Diploma or EquivalentInfinera is an equal opportunity employer.
