Job Requisition ID #24WD74986Position OverviewAs Autodesk grows both organically and through acquisitions, the task of integrating acquired companies into our business operations is paramount. You will ensure these companies and their offerings are integrated into our teams standard processes.You will represent Global Customer Operations (GCO) on integration projects, collaborating with a broader M&A team at Autodesk. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor on all Operations issues. You will help identify issues and concerns that could prevent full integration and work with other leaders to lead plans to address roadblocks that could prevent full integration and challenge our Operations teams with manual work.You will report into the Director, Client Services and be based in the United States in a remote or hybrid capacity. You likely will have to travel 1-2 times per quarter.ResponsibilitiesYou will represent Global Customer Operations on all aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures projects, including discovery and due diligenceYou will manage M&A Integration Project Managers to ensure execution of integration projectsYou will work across organizations to help prioritize and guide outcomes for each acquired companyYou will represent Global Customer Operations perspective in the design and blue-printing phase of M&A projectsYou will boost awareness and escalate potential issues that may bring manual work to Global Customer OperationsYou will escalate and expedite resolutions of data, system or process challengesYou will manage the Operations activities that are part of the integration planYou will oversee the execution of the project planYou will build relationships within the team, acquired companies and the broader M&A teamYou will present program updates to multiple audiences, including executive managementYou will improve project methodology after each new acquisitionMinimum QualificationsYou have 5+ years in a management role with broad understanding of end-to-end Customer Operations teamYou have experience in /project management capabilities and experience running large-scale global projectsThe Ideal CandidateYou have M&A experienceYou are capable in voicing needs, concerns and recommendations to stakeholders and leadershipYou identify areas of needed efficiencies, communicate ideas to leadership, and implement initiativesYou are People Manager focused on employee developmentYou seek out opportunities to improve and bring best practices#LI-RB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,400 and $170,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
