Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Development of Training Material Resource:Creation and maintenance of training assessments, job aids, material revampProactively provide feedback around training material changes/needs, revision/update of training agenda based on program needs/QA markdowns Class Development:Class delivered 100% in English except for Spanish programsTriad coaching sessions with traineesFollow up to administrative tasks such as: APs, retention efforts with agents PMA Creation Meet with Ops and QA to gather the AOO and questions we will need to includeShare with the client for approvalUpload to WD and provide completion updatesCreate Job Aid or deliver Refresher Training based on the AOOSend Meeting minutes about the topics the PMA will cover and any important detail it was discuss Class Preparation: Send all the necessary emails to successfully start a classHeadsets RequestAccess Cards RequestRoom Setup RequestHR Induction RequestMeet & Greet with Ops Bussiness Reviews:Create slides for the programs they handle, this needs to be presented to the managers Monthly/QuaterlyThis needs to include all tasks completed, ongoing, planned, PMA Results, NH Class Results, Nesting, ROL, etc...Based on the performance and trainers availability, they will be in charge of completing the WBR's slides to be presented to the clients and deliver the progress during the sessions with them What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
