Your potential is waiting; why are you?Position:  Senior Manager, Financial Reporting – CollectionsLocation: Indiana (Remote within/near Indiana)Summary of the Position Create, present, maintain and enhance data-driven and intuitive reports that provide visibility into the operational and business-related results and performance to drive business decisions such as standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement decisions and strategy. Responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for automation and internal dashboard creation, data validation, SLA tracking, Productivity, and KPI reporting to support best-in-class Credit and Collections performance.   Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare regularly cadenced and detailed reports based on current reporting structuresAnalyze data using conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and their implicationsModel various outcomes from key metrics to support goal setting and performance measurement / trendingRegularly review and propose report enhancements in support of business and operational goalsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop cash forecasts based on statistical data and real time cash collections experienceProduce executive level reporting decks with insights and high level KPIs and metricsMaintain reports in a user-friendly structure and open locationCreate and maintain BI, Tableau and/or Macro dashboardsIdentify opportunities for automationCommunicate with counterparts and cross functional teams to gather information to ensure reports are insightful and accurateWork with different support teams such as IT to create auto-refresh dashboards which will be available for the appropriate team members/leadershipSupport ongoing analysis of business and operational performance trends and insights required to inform decisionsMaintain reporting libraryPerform analysis and testing as neededQualifications/SkillsStrong computer literacy and experience, particularly Excel (expert level), Macro, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, SFDC (Salesforce), NetSuite & WordExperience with Blackline, CFORIA and workflows are an advantageEnd to end process knowledge of OTC especially in Credit and Collections and Billing to be applied to analysis of dataPrevious experience working across geographiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively cross functionally (Shared Services, Order Management, IT, Credit and Collection, SOX team and Internal/ External Audit)Displays initiative in the carrying out of their duties, constantly looking for ways to improve processes to promote efficiency or strengthen controlWillingness to take on additional projects or workload from time to timeMature & professional approach to work to ensure confidentiality of the dataAbility to work and deliver within tight deadlines and willingness to work longer than standard hours to ensure a task is completed on time when requiredAbility to work effectively with both internal and external customersHigh degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing and financial reconciliationPreferred Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent8-10+ years of experience in Collections reporting and business/operational performance analysis#LI-Remote#LI-DJ1Compensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
