And this is how ideas and people grow.​Job description:Be up to date on the HP product portfolio, help the Africa Go-to-Market team prepare and conduct product presentations and provide reactive product-related information to partners, customers and sales teamsPricing: support pricing recommendations and decisions to optimize the top and bottom lineBusiness planning and monitoring with swift corrective recommendations in case of deviationContribute to the quarterly business plansMaintain a permanent connection with all the daily business aspects: progress vs. targets, key events, strategy adjustments, tactical interventionsProvide clear and simple business status communications and recommendationsSupport the country Go-to-market team to forecast the business at the required detail levels to optimize supply availability and execution planningSupport New Product IntroductionsTrack Product End of Life activitiesResponsibilities: Managing the entire back-end process for Personal Systems Category for North-West Africa and Islands (NWA&I)Analyzing sales data and compiling information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, quality assurance)Managing day-to-day post-sales order management and resolution of customer issuesManaging open order (backlog) report issues resolution and reaching out to supply chain or factory to determine source of delayResolving order management issues for all product lines using specialized subject matter knowledge and analysis;Serving as a subject matter expert to other departments (e.g., testing new systems to ensure order management system works correctly).Education and Experience Required: Graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) obtained in the last 12 months with recommended focus in business or financeUp to 2 years of experience in a related fieldKnowledge and Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAdvanced MS Excel skillsPassion for technology and innovationExcellent interpersonal skillsPositive can-do attitudeFluency in English, French and Arabic languageNB: Please note that this is a temporary contract for 1 year.We’re looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
