The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, driving brand awareness, and executing integrated marketing campaigns to inspire our channel partners and grow business with our customers.ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and implement a robust B2B MarCom strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.Brand PlatformUse market and customer insights to shape the customer facing narrative.Define the Brand Platform Big Idea and work in partnership with the market marketing teams and identified agencies to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.Conceptualize execution frameworks on multichannel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.Build a culture of innovation and iteration engaging all execution focused parties.Conduct meetings regularly with relevant internal and external parties (i.e., market marketing, business teams, commercial teams, sales, channel partners, and end-users) to inform on work and gather feedback, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions.Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, and provide post-event reports and analysis.Content DevelopmentOversee the creation of high-quality content starting from brand building campaigns and going all the way to NPI launches including a wide spectrum of creative assets such as whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, event materials, blog posts, eDM / DM, etc. to position HP as a thought leader in the B2B space.Campaign ExecutionPlan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences through various channels, including digital, events, and traditional media.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing communications team.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.Ensure robust succession planning.Business ReviewsPartner with the Head of Office Print Marketing and peers to define the internal communications governance.Participate in recurrent business and marketing reviews by suggesting agenda topics, preparing narratives, and presenting during the meetings.Budget managementManage budget with accuracy and in alignment with applicable company policies.Engage GTM, Data Analytics teams and Planning and Operations Lead to define performance metrics.Align with business and commercial partners on how to show incremental impact to business driven by marketing execution.Type of Experience Needed10+ years of experience in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in B2B Communications and Marketing.Compelling communicator - outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to craft compelling narratives.Proven track record in translating business objectives into effective communication strategies that drive business growth.Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tools with a focus on Digital and Channel Marketing.A deep understanding of B2B markets and an ability to quickly grasp the nuances of our industry.Prior experience in managing direct reports required.Ability to interface effectively with executive management.Adaptable and flexible mindset, capable of navigating a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Excellent negotiation and influencing, consensus-building, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity and urgency.Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Desire to grow professionally through ongoing education.EducationA bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
