World-Wide Product ManagerDescription -Join our innovative Workforce Solutions Lifecycle, Service Support team as a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in Chrome Services and a solid understanding of the education sector and school buying cycle. As a subject matter expert, you will play a pivotal role in addressing complex business challenges and contributing to the development of innovative ideas and methods. Your responsibilities will involve tackling intricate problems, conducting in-depth evaluations of multiple factors, and leading or providing expertise to functional project teams.Responsibilities:Lead and develop product support or solution(s) planning throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, end-to-end service delivery, sales readiness, and associated processes.Represent services on product or solution core teams, contributing service requirements into product development stages such as product warranty support, cost analysis, and Service Product Marketing content/collateral.Collaborate across regions, geographies, and global teams to develop and implement new/enhanced services, solutions, programs, and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and drive profitable growth.Prioritize customer/channel requirements in HP’s product development roadmap and thoroughly research and document customer journeys.Conduct business analysis, identify root causes, and develop recommendations/solutions to improve business processes.Take responsibility for revenue and margin contribution for a set of solutions or services.Leverage an in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business cases, validate solutions, and demonstrate value-added services.Use technical and business skills to lead complex cross-functional activities that drive continuous services business growth.Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and lower-level employees.Education and Experience Required:Typically, 8+ years of proven track record in Service Business Management.Basic experience in one of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting, or business planning before taking a business management role.Experience in providing service solutions for Education customers.Knowledge and Skills:High knowledge of IT and services industry.In-depth knowledge of services organization.Understanding key decision-makers and how IT services are positioned in education.Proficient in problem detection and analysis of root causes.Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment, and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.Planning, project management, and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to influence different functions and geographies and build strong consensus.
