Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe newly formed Field Engagement & Planning team is a pillar within Global Sales Enablement (GSE) responsible for owning and managing GSE’s relationships with field sales globally and executing segment specific enablement.About the RoleThis role will manage the execution of sales leader development programs across EMEA including providing sales leaders with tools, tactics, and strategies related to reinforcement and coaching.Responsibilities include:Understand priorities and challenges of sales leaders leveraging discovery, data, and trendsOversee leadership development across EMEA including the tactical execution of scalable reinforcement and coaching programsPartner with Engagement Managers and GSE to develop, maintain, and socialize enablement plans inclusive of Global and segment specific programs for sales leadersManage the execution of programs including the facilitation of sessionsProvide consistent voice of the field input to Global sales leader initiatives, processes, and practicesEstablish metrics to measure results and drive accountabilityAbout YouMinimum of 5+ years in leadership development within an enterprise software sales environmentPrior sales experience managing a teamExperience developing a sales leadership curriculum Experience facilitating and leading virtual and in-person meetingsExperience executing on a planStrong written and verbal communication skills Coaching certification or degree is preferred Willingness to travel throughout EMEA as neededOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
