The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative architecture-led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other innovative technologies such SnapLogic for Integrations, Conga/Apttus for CPQ, CLM, Heroku as PaaS, Coveo Search Platform, OKTA for SSO, Reltio and many othersAbout the RoleThe Director, Go To Market at Workday is part of the Business Technology’s Go-To-Market team that is responsible for the Salesforce and other GTM Platforms which include production support, platform health, environment and release management functions. This is an opportunity to build something from ground up.If the opportunity appeals to you, give us a shout!Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Quality Assurance:Own and manage delivery of all Salesforce and other relevant application testing efforts and ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.Develop and execute Quality Assurance roadmap including cross functional team engagement, delivery plan and measuring outcomes.Understand the business requirements and build test Strategy and design documents.Conduct defect triage calls to discuss the defect and track it to closure.Communicate with key Stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.Effectively co-ordinate with the development and UAT team to complete testing cycles.Participate in requirements review sessions during sprint development cyclesProvide specific testing process, tools and environment related suggestions to programServe as first point of escalation for issue resolutionManage efficient resource utilization across Onsite and OffshoreTrack and manage testing progress, Schedule and communicate testing status to ProgramIdentify and Communicate project issues/ concerns on a regular basisIdentify program level risks and highlight the same to relevant stakeholders on timeAbout YouBasic Qualifications:15+ years of industry experience in leading quality for Enterprise Applications with at least 5 years of experience in management roles. At least 3+ years of experience working on complex applications built on Salesforce.com, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud  and its integrations3+ years of working with Selenium/Java/Tools and building automation solutions including setting up automation framework and configuring CI/CD pipeline, Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum specifically).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Other Qualifications:Has a unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical.Has extensive experience defining quality metrics and monitoring progress against goals.Has proven experience working independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal direction.Good interpersonal skills, as well as superb communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment.Has a customer and quality first focused approach.Has a solid attitude and ability to be successful in a growing company.Learning and adaptability is a preferred skill.#LI-RSWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
