Job Summary:The Role:To maintain the integrity and cleanliness of Ruoff Music Center through venue repairs, preventative maintenance and groundskeeping.Job Functions:Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.Duties include, but are not limited to, pressure washing, fire hosing/washing of the entire venueAssist with venue projects, including but not limited to, painting, construction, building repairs, plumbing and electricalVenue setup, including but not limited to, setup of tables, chairs, tents and bike rackUse a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties.Detect faulty mechanical, electrical and structural issues, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, weed clean up and trash removalComply with safety regulations.Must be highly motivated and able to work independentlyHours may vary during the summer monthsPosition requires you to be able to work during all weather conditions since this is an outside venue.Position requires physical activity such as walking, standing, climbing stairs and lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ in all weather conditionsFollow all state and local guidelines as directed by the CDC.Who are we?Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment and eCommerce company, comprised of four market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, Front Line Management Group and Live Nation Network.
