In this role, you will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic business conditions, and partner with our IS&T team to deliver these solutions. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will lead and handle multi-functional projects. You'll need to maintain priorities and deadlines, and maintain an excellent level of focus on detail. You will bring a strong customer service ethos, as well as superb communication and computing skills. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Bring proven expertise in project management techniques and the full project lifecycle (with a particular focus on leading global teams focused on Business expansion). Passion for Process Innovation, advanced technologies and driving capabilities for the future. Ability to handle multiple projects and partners simultaneously. Excellent business insight and the ability to see the full picture Strong analysis, problem resolution skills. Experience managing key partners at all levels of senior management and become a trusted advisor to functional business leaders. Strong preference for experience in ERP systems and supply chain technologies ie SAP MM, SD and / or PP. Description Description Project manage multi-functional process and systems re-engineering implementations Effectively communicate with all levels of the organisatio Lead the analysis of new process and technology needs – delivering projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Influence and gain the consensus of your partners on approach, priorities and solutions High levels of enthusiasm and energy Provide clear and consistent status reporting on solutions and progress to all key partners on multiple platforms and levels within the organization Own and drive regional and global process integration Commercial awareness and able to manage external suppliers to deliver per agreements. Understand business needs and approach problems with creativity and new ideas Conduct post-mortem on critical projects to ensure continuous improvement Identify & solve common challenges and optimize resources. Education & Experience Education & Experience Degree in BIS, Computer Science or business related fields. Operations/Supply Chain experience is a fundamental requirement.
